Phidias Propfirm is a prop firm trading company specializing in futures contracts. We provide the capital, data feeds and educational content to enable traders to thrive in these financial markets. Unlike others in the industry, we strive to provide trading conditions without undue hindrances or restrictions, allowing traders to flourish.
Is Phidias Propfirm regulated ?
Phidias Propfirm is a private trading company that holds ownership of a futures trading account with a regulated broker-dealer. However, it should be noted that there are no specific regulations for our activities, as we are not a financial institution and we do not directly provide financial services. Our operations are carried out using our company funds, with the support of our competent traders from Phidias Propfirm.Phidias Propfirm traders are compensated based on trading account performance, and our company assumes the risks associated with these activities.
What are our rules?

What is the minimum number of scholarship days I need to be eligible?
The minimum number of trading days to be eligible for a funded account is 7 days minimum.
What is a Phidias Cash account?
Phidias Funded is the name of our accounts financed and remunerated on the performance of our traders.
Is there a maximum number of days to reach my profit target?
No, you can take as many days as you need to reach your profit goal. There is no maximum. You will continue to pay the trial auto-renew price every 30 days until you cancel the trial account (regardless of failures) or reach the profit goal to get funded.
Are Sundays and public holidays considered to be trading days?
Sundays are not included in the trading week, and you can trade on public holidays if the market is open on that day. However, half-days off are not counted as trading days.
Do I need my own capital to trade with Phidias Propfirm ?
No, Phidias Propfirm provides you with the necessary trading capital. You do not need to use your own capital.

How do maximum account positions work?
It is imperative to respect the maximum number of lots (contracts) authorised for your positions. If you exceed this limit, your valuation will fail or your Phidias Funded account will be closed. It is important to note that 10 micro-lots are equivalent to 1 mini-lot. 1 mini-lot = 1 "position "10 micro-lots = 1 "position" For example, an account can have a maximum of 10 open positions in mini-lots or 100 positions in micro-lots..
What contract expiry date can I negotiate?
You are required to trade the highest volume and most recent contract for the instrument you wish to trade. Trading in illiquid and low volume contracts is not permitted. It is therefore prohibited to practice spread trading between two maturities on the same product.
Can I trade remotely with Phidias Propfirm?
Yes, we offer the flexibility of remote trading. You can trade from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
I've completed my Challenge, now what?
After you have completed all trading objectives for Phidias Propfirm Company, you will receive an Email notifying you of your success, and you will no longer need to trade the account once your trading objectives are achieved. We will automatically be informed of the success of your assessment and will proceed to analyze your trading results accordingly. Approximately 1-2 business days after that, we will send you your contract to sign electronically, along with the payment link for activation of the funded account. Upon receipt of your signed contract and activation payment, we will set up your funded account, and you can start trading and get paid for your performance.
How are profits shared?
1. When a withdrawal is initiated and processed, Phidias Propfirm will deduct a 20% commission from the withdrawal amount, while the remaining 80% will be credited to your bank account.
2. After 3 months of withdrawals for a CASH account, when a withdrawal is initiated and processed, Phidias Propfirm will deduct a 10% commission from the amount of the withdrawal, while the remaining 90% will be credited to your bank account.

Does it cost anything to join Phidias Propfirm?
We charge the initial opening fee for Fundamental or swing valuation Accounts as shown for each account size.

What are FUNDAMENTAL accounts?
Fundamental accounts are our intraday accounts for trading at any time of the day, but do not allow you to hold positions when the stock markets close. You have 2 choices of FUNDAMENTAL accounts available on our website (page Home and page Price), with different rules, which are defined below the account.
What are SWING accounts?
Swing accounts are our accounts inspired by swing traders to be able to stay in positions in the evening and on weekends when the markets close.
What is the MASTER account?
The Master account within our company Phidias Propfirm, represents the pinnacle in terms of account size and exclusivity. This prestigious account has a capital of one million US dollars, making it the highest account within our company. It is exclusively reserved for our most exceptional traders. The Master account is much more than a simple account, it is a real account that opens the doors to the CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX, and also offers the opportunity to explore other world-renowned exchanges such as Eurex, among others. Additionally, it provides privileged access to futures options, allowing our traders to further diversify their trading strategies and take advantage of varied opportunities and manage their own hedging. However, due to its importance and its unique opportunities, the Master account is governed by specific and strict rules. It is reserved exclusively for the elite of our traders, those who have demonstrated exceptional mastery of the financial markets and remarkable performance within our company. This account represents the pinnacle of our commitment to excellence and offers talented traders an exceptional account to reach new heights in their trading career.
How much capital will I trade as a Phidias trader?
You will trade with the same account balance that you traded as part of your assessment with the same rules. If you traded with 100K SWING as part of the evaluation, you will also manage 100k SWING in your Phidias-CASH account.
If you want to trade with a higher or lower account balance, you simply need to retake an assessment. As we need to diversify our risks and exposure, we allow a maximum capital allocation of 20 accounts per trader per tax household. Please be careful not to obtain multiple accounts through various registrations. If we discover strategies trading identically across different accounts and whose allocated capital value exceeds 20 accounts, we reserve the right to suspend those accounts in accordance with the terms and conditions. (20 accounts in total whether funded or under evaluation.

How do I trade with my MAC?
Rithmic does not natively support Mac OS at the moment, but there are several solutions for trading with Rithmic on your Mac: To start with, you need to connect to Rithmic and sign their online agreements while using your Mac.
Option 1 : Using a virtual machine is the quickest and easiest way to get Rithmic running on a Mac. We currently recommend a product that allows you to trade from any device, including a Mac, phone or tablet.

What happens if I fail my assessment?
No problem, you just need to take another assessment. You can reactivate your account by doing a "reset" from your Phidias Propfirm dashboard.
It is essential to note that if your account has reached maximum drawdown and you do not choose to do a reset, the account will be automatically reset 30 days after purchase.
What is the Drawdown EOD (End of Day)?
This is an essential measurement in trading which takes into account your Pnl (profit and loss) at the end of the day to calculate the drawdown for the following day. The trailing drawdown is therefore calculated at the end of the day in relation to your highest or lowest Pnl at the close of the trading day.
Example: you start with an account balance of $50,000, your maximum drawdown is $2,500 (minimum account balance EOD $47,500). If you trade and close a position with a profit of $1,000, your minimum account balance remains at $47,500 for the day. Only at the end of the day will your minimum account balance be recalculated for the following day. If you end the day with a profit of $1,000, your minimum balance for the following day will be $2,500 (minimum account balance $48,500). If your account reaches the daily loss limit at any time during the day, your account fails.(Details and explanatory table in rules page).
Am I allowed to trade during economic announcements?
During the evaluation period: Yes, you are allowed to trade during current events.
While trading your Funded or Master accounts: It is important to note that certain high-impact economic announcements should be taken into account. It is prohibited to carry out transactions in the minute preceding or following the following publications :

Can I trade overnight or over several trading sessions?
For accounts FUNDAMENTALAll positions opened by our traders MUST be closed before 8:59pm (UTC). Traders are allowed to trade DURING the night session if they wish, from 10:00pm (UTC) until 8:59pm (UTC) the following day.
For SWING Account, Yes ! You are allowed to stay overnight and on weekends !
